The Barnes 4SE-HL series of submersible, non-clog sewage pumps is designed for typical raw sewage applications. This series of pumps has a double seal and can handle spherical solids up to 3 inch in diameter. The 4SE-HL series has torque curved, oil filled, squirrel cage induction motors. Barnes solids handling pumps are constructed of durable cast iron with oil-filled motors to provide a pump tough enough to meet almost any application need.

• Motor housing, and seal plate are cast iron ASTM A-48, Class 30
• Volute is cast iron ASTM A-48, Class 30, with bronze wear ring
• Impeller has a 2 vane enclosed design with pump out vanes on back side
• 416 stainless steel shaft
• Buna-N square rings and diaphragm
• 300 series stainless steel hardware
• 304 stainless steel lifting bail
• Double mechanical seal design made of Carbon/Ceramic/Buna-N with an oil filled pressure equalized reservoir
• Single row, oil lubricated, radial load upper and lower ball bearings
• Moisture sensor (Normally Open) and temperature sensor (Normally Closed) require relay in control panel
• 40 ft. cord with epoxy sealed housing with secondary pressure grommet for sealing and strain relief
