The Sta-Rite 70 GPM series submersible well pump ends are built for use in residential, commercial, industrial, multiple housing and farm use applications. The 70 GPM series is precision-engineered, made of rugged cast iron and built for use in wells 4" or larger.

This is the pump end only.

  • Cast iron, ASTM A48 Class 30 discharge provides smooth water passage to column pipe. NPT threads standard
  • Cast iron, ASTM A48 Class 30  pump bowls have a highly efficient hydraulic, threaded bowl design
  • Glass-reinforced polycarbonate with brass insert impellers resist abrasives and provide smooth water passages for minimum friction loss. Ensures optimum pump efficiency
  • Stainless steel, AISI 416 collets
  • Bronze, ASTM B255 Type II upthrust bearing provides positive momentary upthrust protection during start-up
  • Stainless steel, AISI 416 pump shaft is precision straightened and corrosion-resistant
  • Nitrile (proprietary spec.) bowl and intake bearings are fluted, cutless rubber type assures superior abrasive-handling characteristics, located at each stage
  • Stainless steel, AISI 430 lead guard
  • Cast iron, ASTM A48 Class 30 intake bracket has an efficient hydraulic design minimizing entrance losses, ensuring maximum pump performance
  • Stainless steel, AISI 430 intake screen offers maximum corrosion resistance and protects against damaging solids entering the pump assembly
  • Stainless steel, AISI 416 pump/motor coupling for maximum corrosion resistance and precision machined to ensure accurate alignment and power transfer
